Dr. Robert C. Miller Award for Excellence in Vascular Research, awarded September 25, 2006:

Dr. Robert Miller, IUSM Class of 1959, was one of the scientists at Eli Lilly who discovered folic acid. Dr. Miller endowed the Award that bears his name so that funds will be available to make cash awards on an annual basis to recognize excellence in vascular research as determined by the Director of the Indiana Center for Vascular Biology and Medicine. Dr. Miller passed away on 3/4/07.
